I saw this book on many recommended lists a while back, and it was sitting on my for far too long. I picked it up, and it was a very slow burn. I really wanted to like its emotional story. But it was hard for me to finish it.

Also, the ending is just heartbreaking!

This book can only be described as the darkest side of the misogynistic rich white man’s world. It kept me on my toes, and I didn’t want to put it down.

It also broke my heart that abused women find love with broken and horrible men. It also had a few holes that made the story a bit far-fetched. But, WOW, a must-read!

I love learning about people and their stories. Especially ones that the author felt compelled to write. Joanna is actively re-writing her story, and it’s a beautiful one.

You may already know, but Colleen Hoovers books are excellent! This one is a super sweet love story. My favorite part is that the main character is deaf, and the deaf community is rarely represented.

I accidentally skipped Maybe Not by Colleen Hoover and went straight to this one. But I honestly didn’t notice at all. This book was needed, as the 1st book left you hanging and heartbroken.

This is the best continuation of a sweet love story, not just of two people, but a group of friends. A group of friends that you wouldn’t think would fit.

A twisty story of one wrong choice after another! It’s been a while since I read a book where I knew what would happen. This book was written in a way that you can’t stop reading!

If you love thrillers, this one is a must!

I finally found a memior that I loved!

I have followed Brianna for years and loved following her unconventional life with her dogs. She doesn’t live life in a straight line, and people hide behind their keyboards, showing their disapproval.

She is a woman on a journey to find happiness and fulfillment. And damn, she is on that road and showing us all the beautiful madness!

So there you have it, friends: my top five recs for you. Be sure to add these titles to your TBR; I promise they won’t disappoint. And if you’re looking for something new to read, all of these books are available now – so go ahead and check them out!
